The Founder
Being a helper has long been part of my identity. It is both who I was raised to be and who I was created to be. Helping has been my purpose, in one way or another, in every professional experience I’ve had for 20 years.

SupportCo Studios was founded by a seasoned operations and support professional. Katie has worked closely with founders, creators, and small teams for two decades. She has built customer support processes, managed day-to-day operations, and integrated customer support strategy into broader organizational strategy and goals.
